Begin with your working pattern and area
Write down the days or hours you need and the type of space your work requires. Consider the journey for both you and your clients: the realistic travel time, nearby transport and how arrival would work. Ask for the venue details needed to plan a visit rather than relying on an area name alone.
Listings vary by location and over time. Our growth direction is UK-wide, but we do not promise available spaces in every city, town or village. Check the current signed-in listings for an area you can genuinely use.
Read the rate and inclusions together
A space listing can describe a chair, room or station, its area, amenities and an hourly, daily or weekly rate. Read the unit carefully. A daily figure and a weekly figure describe different arrangements; the smallest displayed number is not enough to compare two spaces.
Ask the publisher what the stated rate includes and what still needs to be discussed. Check relevant equipment, storage, shared facilities and cleaning arrangements. Treat photos and descriptions as a starting point for questions, not a substitute for confirming what you would be able to use.
Send a specific enquiry
Introduce the service you provide and the working pattern you are considering. Mention the listing so the publisher knows which space you mean. Ask whether it is still available for your intended dates and whether your work is suitable for that setting.
Use the in-app contact action to discuss practical details directly with the publisher. If a viewing would help, agree it first. Check any arrangements important to you before making a commitment; the parties need to confirm the actual terms rather than infer them from a short listing.
- Which days and hours could I use the space?
- What equipment and shared facilities are included?
- How would access, storage and client arrival work?
- What remains to be agreed before I commit?
Make your own listing clear
If you are offering a space, use the appropriate Professional or Salon workspace and keep the listing current. Give an accurate space type, useful description and area, with honest images and clear rate units. Explain important practical limitations so the other person can make a relevant enquiry.
This guide is a practical checklist. It does not assess a particular property or interpret rental agreements.
Questions and answers
Can I see live rental listings on this page?
No. This is a public guide. Sign in with the appropriate Professional or Salon workspace to view the app’s current Honeycomb Spaces listings. Available spaces depend on area and current publishers.
Is sending a message a confirmed rental?
No. Contact starts a discussion. Confirm availability, suitability and the actual arrangement with the publisher before committing. A listing does not settle every detail for you.
Are all spaces treatment rooms?
No. The app supports chair, room and station listing types. Read the individual description and ask what the space is suitable for rather than assuming every listing supports your services.
